- Eden, UT 84310## Overview Salary Range $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly## Summary Our Membership Community, Powder Haven is seeking a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support the care and maintenance of private luxury homes within the community. This position is responsible for home checks, preventative maintenance, minor repairs, hot tub service, seasonal preparedness, snow removal, and general property maintenance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also contributing to a strong team environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, communication, and attention to detail while working in and around our members' homes.## About this Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine home checks and preventative maintenance services.
* Complete assigned maintenance work orders efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines.
* Identify and report maintenance concerns, property damage, safety issues, or items requiring additional attention.
* Perform minor building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fireplace, carpentry, painting, appliance, and general property repairs within the scope of training and experience.
* Conduct property inspections to ensure homes are maintained to Powder Haven's luxury standards.
* Assist with seasonal preparedness, home openings and closings, and other scheduled property services.
* Clean, inspect, and maintain hot tubs and pools as assigned.
* Assist with snow removal from decks, entries, walkways, generators, and other assigned areas.
* Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs and emergency situations and communicate concerns to leadership.
* Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in clean, safe, and workable condition.
* Safely operate power tools, hand tools, snow blowers, meters, saws, lawn equipment, and other maintenance equipment as trained.
* Follow all established safety procedures and maintain a safety-first mindset.
* Accurately document completed work, findings, photos, and necessary follow-up within the designated work-order system.
* Communicate incomplete work, delays, additional repair needs, or changes in scope to leadership in a timely manner.
* Report major repairs, purchases, or vendor needs to management prior to incurring expenses or proceeding outside the assigned scope.
* Coordinate with approved vendors and contractors when directed by leadership.
* Collaborate with Housekeeping, Property Administration, Member Services, Mountain Operations, Public Safety, and other Powder teams as needed.
* Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when working in and around member homes.
* Treat member homes, personal property, access information, and belongings with the highest level of care and respect.
* Maintain a professional and service-focused demeanor when interacting with members, guests, vendors, and team members.
* Follow detailed instructions, established SOPs, checklists, and leadership direction.
* Maintain a positive attitude within an ever-changing work atmosphere and flexible daily schedule.
* Ability to work with little to no supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
* Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion.
* Communicate effectively, stay organized, and prioritize tasks based on operational needs.
