Part‑Time Men's Utility Attendant

Location: Hershey, PA

Pay: $16.00 or more per hour, based on experience

Minimum Age: 16 years or older

Availability: Night, weekend, and holiday shifts required

• Demonstrate Hershey’s Customer Service Pledge
• Approach guests, greet them with a smile, and provide a genuine Thank You
• Ensure facility sanitation meets high‑quality standards
• Perform general cleaning tasks: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of public restrooms and supply areas
• Observe and report sanitation problems, including spills of blood, protein, or other body fluids

• Can walk or stand for up to 8 hours
• Can push, pull, lift, and carry 25–50 lbs. (including overhead lifting)
• Can bend, stoop, and twist as needed
• Can tolerate repetitive hand, finger, and wrist motions
• Can work independently and at a fast pace
• Communicates effectively with guests and coworkers, functioning well on a team
• Basic math skills
• Can work in all types of outdoor weather
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Maintains a neat appearance and meets uniform standards

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)

Experience: Custodial experience preferred but not required
