Full-Time Working Assistant Supervisor
Territory:
Broward & Dade Counties.
Pay Rate: $23.00/hour + Company Van.
Schedule:
1st & 2nd shifts, with weekend availability as needed.
Tam Care provides quality building services to commercial properties across Florida. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Working Assistant Supervisor to help oversee and support our frontline team.

- Assist Area Manager & Supervisor in overseeing janitorial operations.
- Assign tasks, follow up on work orders, and ensure job completion.
- Train new and existing employees on cleaning & disinfecting techniques.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Work alongside team members when needed and fill in as required.
- Perform carpet care, stripping & waxing, buffing, and grout cleaning.
- Report safety concerns, equipment issues, and facility repairs.
- Complete nightly reports and use basic Microsoft Office applications.
- 3+ years of commercial cleaning experience
- Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- Must speak, read, and write English (Spanish is a plus).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
