Plant Operations | Maintenance Assistant
We are looking for a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to support the Plant Supervisor in day‑to‑day plant operations. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar position, strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and is HVAC certified if possible. Experience working with seniors and state/local agencies for inspections is preferred.
Responsibilities- Provide interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
- Provide exterior maintenance of the community including grounds keeping.
- Assist in coordination of community events.
- Assist in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
- Experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- HVAC certification is a plus.
- Experience with seniors and state/local agency inspections is preferred.
