- Oversee residential rental properties
- Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness
- Manage day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of properties
- Lead a team of Property Inspectors and an Assistant Property Manager
- Interview and recruit to fill staffing needs
- Create employee shift schedules
- Create daily task schedules for the team, cleaners, vendors, etc.
- Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments
- Conduct meetings with team members, vendors, and owners
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform small repairs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Employee must have a Mobile device with data plan that allows them to access the internet during inspections
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs
- The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
