Inspector, Maintenance​/Cleaning, General Labor

• Base Pay $50,000.00 / Year

• Oversee residential rental properties
• Inspect units for damage, maintenance issues, and cleanliness
• Manage day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, and upkeep of properties
• Lead a team of Property Inspectors and an Assistant Property Manager
• Interview and recruit to fill staffing needs
• Create employee shift schedules
• Create daily task schedules for the team, cleaners, vendors, etc.
• Provide detailed communication and documentation of issues to other departments
• Conduct meetings with team members, vendors, and owners

• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic maintenance knowledge and the ability to perform small repairs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Employee must have a Mobile device with data plan that allows them to access the internet during inspections
• Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and carry up to 50 lbs
• The ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
