• Successfully complete required pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Possess a valid driver’s license that meets company standards for approved driver status.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Have at least one year of experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance.

• Provide regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Report any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assist in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
