• General upkeep of facilities including all minor repairs.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform general painting job duties.
• Maintain heating and air conditioning units to the best of ability.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Coordinator regarding all minor and major repair needs.
• Care for and maintain all equipment purchased by the agency for use by the Maintenance Department.

• Education:
  
  Minimum of High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum six months of related general maintenance experience with skills necessary for electrical, plumbing, carpentry work, painting, grounds care, and other related tasks.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, and frequently lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Requires the use of hands to finger, handle, or manipulate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms.
• Requires walking, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Must be able to talk or hear; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Employment contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, pre-employment physical, and criminal background check.
