Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour, plus weekly production, and performance‑based incentive bonuses.

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail‑oriented Janitor to join our team. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of office spaces, plant break rooms, restrooms, and all other non‑manufacturing and non‑maintenance areas throughout the facility. This position plays an important role in creating a safe, clean, and organized work environment for all employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. The Janitor works under immediate supervision and follows specific directions, cleaning schedules, and safety procedures.

• Mopping floors, vacuuming offices, dusting and wiping down desks, counters, and other surfaces in the office and break rooms.
• Cleansing and scrubbing toilets in restrooms.
• Cleansing and scrubbing refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine.
• Ensuring adequate supply of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels in restrooms.
• Reporting any problems or issues with equipment in restrooms and/or break rooms.
• Maintaining adequate inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Performing other duties as required.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to work in a safe manner.
• Demonstrated ability to follow specific instructions and directions.
• Demonstrated ability to use tools and other equipment as required.
• Ability to pay attention to surroundings.
• Ability to identify safety issues in the work area and notice equipment malfunctions.
• Ability to understand basic verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to work under immediate supervision.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Ability to work hours mandated by management.
