Facilities Technician

Position Hours

• Monday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• Friday: 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.

• To fix, repair, troubleshoot and maintain equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical throughout CHC buildings.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some trade school preferred.

• Minimum of 1-year related work experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Current and valid State of Florida driver's license required.

• Ability to show courtesy and respect to all customers, internal and external.
• Ability to be a team player.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and good judgment skills.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Must have general mathematical skills.
• Knowledge on reading and using a ruler and or other measuring tools.
• Must have basic computer skills to include ability to utilize the Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and multimedia.

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Required to travel to all CHC locations.
