Insight Credit Union is looking for a Custodian with experience in general office building cleaning.

TheCustodianis responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the credit union's branches and back office locations, ensuring a professional appearance for our members.

This position is based in our Winter Springs Operations Centerlocated at:

240 Winding Hollow Blvd., Suite A Winter Spring, FL 32708 ,

with travel requirements to half of our branch locations

Schedule: Shift includes32 hours per week between Monday - Friday (5pm - 10pm), with possible weekends work requirements. Hours will be based on the needs of the department.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Drives to each location daily. Cleans offices, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Uses bleach and other disinfectants to disinfect and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms. Empties trashcans and replaces liners.
• Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Picks up and delivers interoffice mail bags. Adheres to sanitation and all company guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness of company vehicle and gas levels for day shift.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Experience: One month to 1 year of similar or related experience.

Education: A high school education or GED.

Interpersonal Skills: Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required. Work involves minimal contacts within the organization. Contact involves routine, non-sensitive issues. Member or vendor contact is limited to incidental contact.

Physical Requirements: Must be available to work after hours from 5pm-10pm. Work days may include weekends. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing. Travel to branch locations required.

Work Environment: Work is regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, and fumes.
