Fairview - - Responsibilities:
Performs duties related to food production;
Plating, assembling, preparing & garnishing patient meal tickets to order and delivering them to the patient's room;
Keeps kitchen area clean and organized to meet Health Department codes and to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment;
Washes dishes, pots, pans and carts per schedule as well as retrieving dirty tray carts from the floors;
Assists in restocking the entire Room Service Line in the Kitchen on non-peak times
