Key Responsibilities:- Supervising and supporting nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
