- Trains new personnel to standard operating procedures
- Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
- Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems
- Gives periodic status reports in written and verbal formats
- Interacts with others at same level, and one level above, to ensure continuity and efficiency
- High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience
- Beginning job content knowledge
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Successful track record of performance in previous work experiences
- 1-3 years work experience

The range for this position is $59,731.00-$82,131.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
