Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and waste removal.
• Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure all areas, including common spaces, resident rooms, and offices, meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and disposing of waste safely.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
