Lead - Maintenance

Full Time. Shift: Day.

This position is responsible for planning, organizing and leading facilities maintenance operations.

• Plans, organizes and leads facilities maintenance operations
• Coordinates, assigns, and directs schedules (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly)
• Establishes priorities and time frames for Maintenance Staff
• Monitors completion of job assignments through frequent field observation & inspections to ensure compliance with standards and instruction; revises instruction and time frames as necessary
• Trains employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards & proper safety procedures
• Acts as point of contact for Plant Manager

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a Plant/Industrial Maintenance environment
