RHF is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Hickory, NC. The role plans, organizes and leads maintenance operations across the plant, coordinating daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules to meet safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment, with strong leadership, training, and communication skills to act as the Plant Manager's primary contact.
