This Janitorial General Cleaner position at the HPU Campus is a full-time role managed by The Budd Group
, a facilities services provider.

• Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (2nd shift/evening).
• Location: High Point University (HPU) Campus in High Point, NC.
• Experience
  
  Required:
  
  1 year of cleaning experience is typically required for these campus roles.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively and perform physical tasks like standing and bending for extended periods.

• Waste Management: Pulling trash and transporting it to disposal areas.
• Surface Cleaning: Dusting, wiping down conference rooms, and cleaning mirrors or glass.
• Restroom Maintenance: Sanitizing restrooms, cleaning toilets/sinks, and replenishing soap and paper products.
• Floor Care: Vacuuming carpets and wet mopping floors.
