Join T‑ROC’s FLEX‑ROC team as a Retail Display Technician – Mobile, supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic displays and security systems in national retail environments such as Best Buy, Walmart, and Target. This role is part of a pre‑qualified talent pool activated as business needs arise in your area.

You’ll be notified of available assignments and can accept only the projects that fit your schedule.

• Independently execute installation and break/fix projects for retail displays, security systems, and electronic components.
• Merchandise products according to specifications and ensure displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site as they arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation procedures, configurations, and issue resolutions using company‑approved platforms.
• Support the configuration and troubleshooting of proprietary security systems, ensuring adherence to company protocols and industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to install electronic components such as sensors, touch screens, interactive consumer displays, TVs, alarms, and access control systems.
• Provide on‑site technical support during store openings, renovations, refreshes and special events.
• Safely transport, set up, and manage tools, materials, and equipment needed for project execution.
• Travel independently to assigned locations using personal or rental transportation, adhering to mileage reimbursement and safety guidelines.

• Collaborative and can thrive in a team environment.
• Follows safety guidelines and company protocols to protect yourself and the customer’s environment.
• Quickly adapts to shifting client needs, troubleshoots unexpected issues on site, and finds effective solutions with limited resources.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools to accept assignments, track work, and submit documentation.
• Can travel locally to job sites as assigned (often on short notice).
• Possesses a valid driver’s license, passes an MVR check, and maintains auto insurance meeting T‑ROC minimum coverage requirements.
• Capable of physical exertion, including standing, pulling, pushing, kneeling, bending, stretching, and lifting 50+ lbs when needed.
• Repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements and ability to use tools requiring high dexterity.
