The Woodlands Healthcare Center 2 - Leesville, LA 71446
Job Shift: Swing
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
- Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, burnishers, and auto scrubbers.
- Strip, wax, seal, and polish floors.
- Shampoo and maintain carpets.
- Remove stains, spills, and debris promptly.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Use and store cleaning chemicals safely.
- Maintain equipment and report any repairs needed.
- Place warning signs to prevent accidents (e.g., wet floor signs).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with floor care equipment (helpful but often not required).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
