Floor Tech I – Floor Care Specialist – Summer Seasonal Work – $13–$17/hr

Location: Franklin County, NC (Louisburg / surrounding areas)
Schedule: Day & Night Shifts Available | Flexible Schedule | Some Weekends
Pay: $13–$17/hour (based on experience)

Corner Clean, LLC is hiring a dependable Floor Technician / Floor Care Specialist for summer seasonal work supporting commercial accounts throughout Franklin County.

This role focuses on professional floor maintenance
, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and floor restoration in schools, offices, and business facilities.

Cleaning experience is required, but floor care experience is not. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Strong performers may also have opportunities to transition into other ongoing cleaning roles within Corner Clean after the summer season.

• Strip, wax, buff, and polish commercial flooring
• Operate floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)
• Perform floor restoration and maintenance projects
• Apply floor finishes according to site standards
• Maintain and care for floor machines and equipment
• Follow all floor care procedures and safety guidelines

• Cleaning/janitorial experience required
• Floor care experience not required (training provided)
• Comfortable learning and operating floor machines and equipment
• Reliable transportation to Franklin County job sites
• Ability to work independently and complete detailed work
• Strong attention to quality and finish work
• Available for day or evening shifts, including some weekends
