Salary: $31,200 to $48,810

Cleaning and minor maintenance of approximately 12,000 square feet of residential living and office areas. Employees will perform a variety of duties in cleaning and linen distribution.

• Maintain knowledge of housekeeping, sanitation, infection prevention, and applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment and handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and quality standards while performing cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Work effectively in a behavioral healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability to changing priorities and procedures.
• Perform physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and operating housekeeping equipment.
• Report or stay over during adverse weather events; position is designated mandatory.

• Education and/or experience in housekeeping work that is directly related to the job.
• Knowledge of housekeeping, sanitation, infection prevention, and applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and quality standards while performing cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Ability to work effectively in a behavioral healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability to changing priorities and procedures.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and operating housekeeping equipment.
