Salary: $31,200 to $48,810
Job DescriptionCleaning and minor maintenance of approximately 12,000 square feet of residential living and office areas. Employees will perform a variety of duties in cleaning and linen distribution.
Responsibilities- Maintain knowledge of housekeeping, sanitation, infection prevention, and applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
- Safely operate housekeeping equipment and handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and quality standards while performing cleaning and sanitation duties.
- Work effectively in a behavioral healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability to changing priorities and procedures.
- Perform physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and operating housekeeping equipment.
- Report or stay over during adverse weather events; position is designated mandatory.
- Education and/or experience in housekeeping work that is directly related to the job.
- Knowledge of housekeeping, sanitation, infection prevention, and applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to safely operate housekeeping equipment and handle cleaning chemicals in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and quality standards while performing cleaning and sanitation duties.
- Ability to work effectively in a behavioral healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability to changing priorities and procedures.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and operating housekeeping equipment.
