We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, plant safety, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and overall maintenance performance while leading a skilled team of technicians and maintenance professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility systems, along with proven experience implementing maintenance best practices, utilizing CMMS platforms, and improving equipment uptime and operational efficiency. This individual will play a key role in supporting production goals, managing maintenance budgets, developing maintenance personnel, and ensuring a safe and reliable operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance program
  • Develop maintenance schedules, priorities, and resource plans to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance
  • Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, maintenance history, asset tracking, and maintenance planning
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime and improving equipment effectiveness
  • Oversee maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, contractor management, and capital project
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, NFPA 70E, NEC requirements, and company safety standard
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts related to equipment failures and operational issues
  • Develop, coach, and mentor maintenance team members while fostering a culture of accountability and safety
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to support operational goals
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and facility systems
  • Experience implementing preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, and maintenance best practice
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
