Green Alpha Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities in High Point and Greensboro, NC. You will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure units and facilities are in excellent condition for tenants.
The role requires 1+ year maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical familiarity, and the ability to travel between properties with a valid driver’s license.
