Multifamily Service Manager

LSA Management seeks an experienced Multifamily Service Manager to lead maintenance operations, supervise service teams, oversee preventive maintenance programs, ensure resident satisfaction, and manage property assets across apartment communities.

• Lead maintenance staff;
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs;
• Manage budgets and vendors;
• Ensure work order completion;

• Participate in resident retention initiatives.

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred);
• Valid driver license;
• 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience;
• 2+ years supervisory experience;
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills;
• Team leadership experience.

• CAMT Certification;
• CPO Certification;
• HVAC trade certification;
• Yardi/Entrata/Real Page experience;
• Renovation and capital project experience.
