Floor Care Technician

Full-time / Part-time Research Triangle, NC

Make floors look their best. You will strip, wax, buff, and extract hard floors and carpet across a range of commercial facilities, often on scheduled project work.

• Strip, wax, and burnish hard-surface floors to a consistent finish.
• Shampoo and hot-water extract carpet and upholstery.
• Operate and maintain buffers, auto-scrubbers, and extractors safely.
• Set up and break down job sites, including signage and safety cones.
• Coordinate timing with account managers to work around building schedules.

• Prior floor-care or buffer / auto-scrubber experience preferred (we’ll train the right person).
• Comfortable operating and caring for powered floor equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible for occasional nights or weekends on project work.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Paid, hands-on training — no experience needed for most roles
