Experience
- Prior custodial experience cleaning under strict protocols for sanitation, chemical safety, cross-contamination prevention (Hotel Sanitation)
- Prior custodial experience in a regulated environment (Food, Pharma, Medical Device Manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance standards (GMP, OSHA, PPE)
- Ability to effectively utilize a digital workforce application (example: Redzone)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to perform manual labor requiring continuous physical effort, lift and move up to 50 lbs., frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, pulling, pushing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and stay focused on tasks
- Sense of urgency
- Flexible schedule (available for occasional weekend work & coverage for other shifts)
