Marathon Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic I for the 2nd shift in Salisbury, NC. This hands-on role focuses on keeping equipment running safely through preventative maintenance and repairs, with a schedule of Mon–Thurs, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
Starting pay is $22/hour, with potential increases based on experience and a shift differential. You’ll perform maintenance on machinery and building systems, document activities, and follow safety rules as part of a safety-conscious team.
