As our Maintenance Director, you will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, staff, and visitors while supporting the daily operations of our facility.

• Oversee general maintenance of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, grounds, and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance duties including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and repairs promptly
• Complete maintenance documentation and reports as required
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
• Lead by example and contribute to residents' overall quality of life

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach throughout the workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull light weights
• Ability to communicate effectively using speech, hearing, and vision
• Ability to use hands for grasping and fine motor tasks

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two or more years of related maintenance experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Motivated and dependable team player
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping others and supporting a positive resident experience
