Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Hillsboro, OR, to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for our apartment community. This full-time role requires you to manage maintenance operations, ensure compliance with laws, and lead the maintenance team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in a maintenance or supervisory role, an EPA/HVAC certification, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers. The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00 per hour.
