Perform general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical work, fire and sprinkler equipment, HVAC, landscape, carpentry, painting, and equipment repair;
Maintain and repair walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, furniture, and woodwork in common areas;
Repair and maintain vacated rooms promptly (including painting walls and cleaning carpets);
Handle in-house plumbing (sinks, toilets, bathtubs) and minor electrical work within units and common areas;
Complete all work orders in a timely manner and document safety issues and compliance with guidelines
