Maintenance Technician

Operations and Maintenance Technician Schedule

Sundays through Thursdays during the training period, including evenings.

• Support daily operational continuity by following through on facilities priorities established earlier in the day
• Perform routine facility checks, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the club
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of locker rooms, fitness areas, pool deck, and common spaces
• Respond to operational needs, safety concerns, and member questions with professionalism and a problem‑solving mindset
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and event support as needed
• Communicate maintenance concerns, facility needs, and operational updates clearly with leadership and team members
• Be an integrated “Whatever is needed” member of HFAC’s team culture

• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable performing hands‑on maintenance and facility support tasks
• Ability to lead with professionalism and enforce club policies when needed
• Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment or supplies up to 50 lbs
• CPR/First Aid Certified or willing to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
• Experience in facilities, operations, customer service, maintenance, or athletics/fitness environments is a plus

$18 - $20 hourly
