Day Shift, M-F

Pay Rate: $30 - $38 Hourly

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

* Planning:
Prioritizing schedules and ensuring timely responses to issues.

* Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines i.e., Ensuring Daily Safety Procedures, Proper PPE Usage, Documentation, and Report Incidents.

* Weekly Meeting:
Must attend weekly customer meetings,

* Daily/Weekly Reports:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Manager Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.

* Ability to work in a Team Environment, Excellent Communicator, and Team Oriented.

Requirements:

* Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities

* Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.

* Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.

* Communication

Skills:

Strong communication skills in the workplace

Preferences:

* If you have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.

Physical Effort/

Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
