Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 10:00 am–6:30 PM
The Operations and Maintenance Lead is a hands‑on role responsible for overseeing the facility, equipment, and member experience during evening hours. This position ensures safety, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and policy compliance while conducting facility maintenance and repair. The Operations and Maintenance Lead serves as the go‑to problem solver, supporting all departments, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a high‑functioning club.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in keeping a facility running at a high standard. If you are handy and have some experience with tools, training is available for the club's needs.
