Schedule: Day Shift, M-F
Pay Rate: $30 - $38 Hourly
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Position Type: Full Time

• Planning:
  Prioritizing schedules and ensuring timely responses to issues.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines i.e., Ensuring Daily Safety Procedures, Proper PPE Usage, Documentation, and Report Incidents.
• Weekly Meeting:
  Must attend weekly customer meetings.
• Daily/Weekly Reports:
  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Manage Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.
• Ability to work in a team environment, excellent communicator, and team oriented.

• Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities.
• Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
• Communication skills: strong communication skills in the workplace.

• If you have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.

May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
