Tuesday–Saturday | 10:00 am–6:30 PM
Position OverviewThe Operations and Maintenance Lead is a hands‑on role responsible for overseeing the facility, equipment, and member experience during evening hours. This position ensures safety, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and policy compliance while conducting facility maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities- Serve as the go-to problem solver, supporting all departments.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain a high‑functioning club.
- Conduct facility maintenance and repair.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in keeping a facility running at a high standard. If you are handy and have some experience with tools, training is available for the club's needs.
Compensation$18 - $21 hourly
