The most important characteristic of our Onsite Service Engineer (OSE) is that you use and continuously develop your knowledge and technical skills to enable customer satisfaction and great teamwork.
You will be expected to deliver frontline support in key operational activities including installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Edwards products, with key areas of focus being on safety and quality while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to work in a fast‑paced and demanding environment; a resilient mindset is essential for this role, which offers an opportunity to learn and develop your engineering skills by working on exciting and highly technical equipment.

- High School Diploma.
- Prefer an AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS degree).
- 1‑3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field such as electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum—ideally with customer‑facing experience.
- Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations and time frames, while working in alignment with Edwards strategies and processes.
- Self‑directed, with the ability to understand and resolve problems aligned with job responsibilities and escalates through the appropriate channels when required.
- Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand customer’s business.
- Ability to share technical expertise and knowledge and provide coaching to less experienced team members.
- Collaborates and supports with team members to deliver company objectives.
- Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to ensure organizational, safety and health obligations are met.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Ability to speak distinctly and see/hear clearly.
- Able to use computer software to record data and write reports.
- Can understand and interpret technical documentation relevant to work (e.g., technical drawings).
