Day Shift, M‑F. Pay Rate: $30 – $38 hourly. Position Type:

• Prioritize schedules and ensure timely responses to issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines: daily safety procedures, proper PPE usage, documentation, and incident reporting.
• Attend weekly customer meetings.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports; proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Manager Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.
• Work effectively in a team environment; excellent communication and team orientation.

• Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities.
• Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
• Strong communication skills in the workplace.

• Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.

May be required to walk up to 5 miles per day, be on feet for 8‑10 hours at a time, bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50‑75 pounds. The physical demands described are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
