Our company is seeking both entry level and experienced Restoration Technicians who are comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoy meeting new people, have excellent communication skills, and are serious multitaskers. We are looking for multiple people to fill this role.
The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to fulfill the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the restoration technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.

Responsibilities- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
- Ensure clear two‑way communication with the crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job cleanup and breakdown. Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment appearance.
- Perform restoration processes as directed.
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Communicate with supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
- Maintain an organized warehouse space. Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.
- Develop restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
- Other tasks/duties as required by employer.
- Assist with production rotating nights and weekends emergency on‑call schedule.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics).
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work with and around cleaning products/chemicals.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable laws.
- Effective oral communication.
- Basic math skills.
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- IICRC certifications preferred.
Work Environment Requirements
Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance; walking and standing for long periods of time; driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and working in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics); repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects; working with and around chemicals; and working overhead. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud. The employee will be required to occasionally wear a respirator for their safety.
This is a full‑time, non‑exempt FLSA status position, working varying hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. The position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out‑of‑area and overnight travel may be expected. Additionally, there is a rotating nights and weekends on‑call schedule for emergency services that all production employees are required to assist with.
