Under limited supervision, the Manager maintains employees and oversees repairs, equipment installation, and preventative building and equipment maintenance.

• Manages maintenance employees and oversees automated technology.
• Troubleshoots problems with Human‑Machine Interface and Programmable Logic Controllers.
• Maintains employee relations and evaluates job performance.
• Conducts preventative maintenance and follow‑through.
• Makes repairs using a Business Planning and Control System.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.

• 10+ years maintenance experience required.
• Electrical and mechanical experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Training experience preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

• Refrigerated food manufacturing plant environment.
• May be wet or dry with temperatures ranging from 25°F to 110°F.
• Frequency exposure to hazardous material and conditions.
• Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending of items >100 lbs required.
• Travel approximately 5% of the time.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals and performance.
