NALS Apartment Homes at The Colonnade Luxury Apartments in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, turn vacant units, and manage pools, spas, and grounds. You will respond to after-hours calls and emergencies, with a focus on prompt, quality work.
Requirements include 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience, painting and plumbing skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Valid driver's license may be required.
