Maintenance Manager

Under limited supervision, manages maintenance employees and oversees repairs, equipment installation, and preventative building and equipment maintenance.

Principal duties and responsibilities include managing maintenance employees and oversee automated technology, troubleshooting problems with Human-Machine Interface and Programmable Logic Controllers, maintaining employee relations and evaluating job performance, conducting preventative maintenance and follow-through, making repairs using a Business Planning and Control System, following company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

Job specifications include 10+ years maintenance experience is required, electrical mechanical experience is preferred, basic computers skills are required, training experience is preferred, English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working conditions include refrigerated food manufacturing plant, the environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F, frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions, occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs is required, travel 5% of the time, production demands may require and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
