Maintenance Manager

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance in a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This role oversees a team of technicians, plans and prioritizes preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensures safe, reliable operation of production and packaging equipment. The Maintenance Manager partners closely with production, safety, and quality to minimize downtime, support continuous improvement, and uphold GMP and OSHA standards.

This is an on-site, hands-on leadership role within a collaborative, family-founded culture focused on safety, quality, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing plant
• Plan, prioritize, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and safe operation across production lines
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and utilities repairs with minimal downtime
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and CMMS records
• Collaborate with production, safety, and quality teams to meet plant goals
• Manage maintenance budget, parts inventory, and vendor relationships
• Train technicians on safety, GMPs, and maintenance best practices
• Support continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company maintenance standards
