Position SummaryWe're seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner to support maintenance and reliability activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and support production objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
- Create, review, and prioritize maintenance work orders.
- Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and spare parts required for planned work.
- Adjust schedules based on production demands, equipment needs, and resource availability.
- Facilitate planning meetings with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and support procurement activities.
- Communicate planned maintenance activities and potential operational impacts.
- Track maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or semiconductor environment.
- Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems, preferably Maximo.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, equipment records, and work instructions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree, technical certification, or related training in Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance background.
- Training or certification in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability practices.
