Shifts:
Day and Evening Shifts, Alternating Weekends, Holidays.
Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Floor Tech for long term care nursing facility in Hillsborough, NJ. Walk‑ins Welcome! Foothill Acres Nursing Center 39 E Mountain Rd., Hillsborough Township, NJ 08844.
Floor Tech Key Duties- Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
- Operate various pieces of equipment such as extractor, auto‑scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side‑to‑side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine safely.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and store properly in designated locations after each use.
- Dispose of all garbage throughout the facility.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
- Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital, or healthcare environment a plus.
- Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
