Position: Bookkeeper / Customer Service
Wec are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing financial records and providing an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in keeping our financials accurate while being the first point of contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping Duties

* Manage daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, and deposits

* Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements

* Maintain accurate records in accounting software (Quick Books or similar)

* Process accounts payable and receivable

* Assist with payroll entries and expense tracking

* Generate financial reports and assist with month-end close

* Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards

Customer Service Duties

* Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and questions

* Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression

* Communicate repair updates and timelines clearly

* Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure smooth workflow

* Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner

* Assist with insurance-related communication when needed

Qualifications

* 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

* Strong knowledge of accounting software (Quick Books preferred)

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail

* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Experience in an automotive or collision repair setting is a plus (not required)
