In this position, you will:

• Serve as the primary instructor for a caseload of 8 students in kindergarten through second grade
• Design differentiated lesson plans that address a range of abilities and learning styles
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related services staff, and families to ensure each childs goals are being met
• Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP requirements, and contribute to team meetings
• Create an inclusive classroom climate that encourages social and academic growth
