Summary of Position

The eCommerce/ERP Data Specialist will be responsible for the data integrity and delivery of the company’s product catalog that is shared to marketplace websites, SAP, Magento 2, and the Pro Craft Mobile App. This person will own the online presence of our product portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and overall content health for best-in-class PDP’s, while also delivering an optimal customer and employee experience.

Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Ensure all products, descriptions, and details are accurate and uniform across all selling platforms.
  • Set up and update new data feeds and catalogs for our sales partners.
  • Manage change requests and updates related to product data and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work alongside product teams and data stewards to maintain data, monitor data integrity, and link digital assets to the appropriate products.
  • Adhoc troubleshooting and correction of marketplace, ERP, or website content issues.
  • Identify and correct missing product elements, including, but not limited to, price, category, image, and description.
  • Correct data across all eCommerce/ERP platforms, including, but not limited to, missing/incorrect data and images, listing errors, suppress ions, and reinstating listings.
  • Perform regular content audits and reporting.
  • Identify and drive product experience process improvements and workflow, training relevant teams as needed.
  • Work to eliminate lost buy boxes, stock outages, and other inventory issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year of related experience working with online retailers and marketplaces.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and make improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Must be able to utilize Excel pivot tables and run a VLOOKUP).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

$45,000 - $55,000/Year DOE
