This is a high-visibility role with direct executive exposure and the opportunity to shape the operational playbook for a rapidly integrating, multi-brand business.

The Director of Operations will own site performance, including shipments, revenue delivery, inventory, lead times, quality, and operational efficiency. Beyond day-to-day execution, this leader will build scalable systems, processes, and best practices that support future growth, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Director of Operations Key Responsibilities

  • Lead manufacturing, supply chain, planning, quality, and delivery operations
  • Drive on-time delivery, revenue performance, inventory optimization, and margin improvement

  • Build standardized processes, systems, and workflows that support business integration and scalability
  • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Service teams to align customer commitments and operational execution
  • Lead S&OP/SIOP processes and strengthen ERP-driven operational discipline
  • Develop high-performing teams through accountability, continuous improvement, and leadership development
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, reporting, quality, and decision-making

Director of Operations Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, instrumentation, automation, or related industries
  • Experience managing complex manufacturing environments involving mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical products
  • Strong background in supply chain, production planning, inventory management, and operational performance improvement
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue delivery, cost reduction, margin expansion, and operational scalability
  • Experience with ERP systems;
    Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
  • Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and data-driven leadership mindset required

What Makes This Opportunity Unique

This is not a maintenance role. You will help build and refine the operational model for a growing organization undergoing significant integration and expansion. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and have the opportunity to influence how the business scales for years to come.
