• Ensure plant operations are performed safely and responsibly, maintaining full compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies.
• Schedule and coordinate cylinder gas production to meet customer demand, maintain adequate stock levels, and monitor raw material deliveries.
• Maintain the facility’s professional appearance, image, and security, while providing job training, supporting employee career development, and supervising personnel fairly to promote motivation and empowerment.
• Drive productivity initiatives to maximize plant capabilities and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports with accuracy and detail.
• Support the efficient distribution of products while maintaining professional interactions with internal and external customers.
• Respond to emergency calls, conduct monthly safety meetings, assist with SOP implementation, and monitor the proper usage of plant assets.

• Bachelor of science preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of supervisory experience, or one to two years of cylinder processor‑lead experience preferred.
• Production or distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of cylinder gases and their processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory agencies including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes, and CU.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
