Partner with the Quality team to enhance inspection schedules.

Commit to propagating and implementing safety practices.

The Expertise You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s credential or equivalent professional expertise.

Solid experience in the machine shop domain.
5-10 years in sophisticated CNC machining roles.

Experienced handling of lathes/mills and programming.

Courage in CAD/CAM and shop-floor editing tasks.

Adeptness in evolving machining concepts and technologies.

Capacity planning insights and foresight.

Proven effective intercommunication at all organizational tiers.

Empowering leadership coupled with a dynamic, positive approach.

Thorough problem-solving skills within a detail-focused mindset.

Experience in TPM, Kaizen, and Setup Reduction methodologies.

Powerful grasp of quality control, SPC & GDT practices.

Command over ERP/MRP II systems.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and machination software.
